Yoga is a great practice to incorporate into your routine to help you stay limber and strengthen both mind and body. If you’ve ever wanted to try it, here’s your chance!
There are only 20 spots available for the yoga class so it will be first come, first serve sign ups. If you don’t get to sign up, you can still meet us all afterwards at Blue Print for ski club socializing.
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it otherwise they will have some there.
